Submit for a Phase 2b - it gets rejected.

Plan to submit a Phase 1 as a follow up. Should be extremely easy to do. But Kenny will find a way to say it's sooooo complicated. Good enuff for another yr.

Then having boxed himself into a corner, Kenny is forced to submit a Phase 1 IND. Which should get accepted. SHs rejoice. Then nothing happens. Takes forever for Kenny to post a record in the ClinTrials database. Despite pronounced speculation, no patients show up. For months... years?

Aah, but having escaped the box, Kenny then starts PR pumping the ascites nonsense. While waiting for the mythical patient to show up, Kenny gets to recycle pre-clinical PR pumps - oops forgot the pre-IND meeting. Years more of entertainment.
