It takes good due diligence & simple english comprehension to understand what is currently being promised.

With Pinnertest (food intolerance), they’re measure IgG antibodies which are much more abundant in the bloodstream than IgE (allergy), so a single drop of blood is sufficient.

With the Arrayit allergy fingerstick test (brand expansion), they’re measuring IgE antibodies, so 4-5 drops of blood are required.
