Just checking in. I'm holding over 30k shares too. Can't watch this day to day with the current 24 store count in Ontario. This time next year Ontario should have 10X+ more stores. As failing companies retreat, VFF will take more market share. I just have to stop watching the current state, and hold tight for more stores to open. Maybe we get 1000 stores in Ontario by 2022!!

If I recall correctly, they're expecting to complete an independent valuation appraisal of jv biz by feb/march 2020.

Then an arbitration hearing, I assume.

I'm not familiar with how it works in CDN, but assume it's similar to the US.

Hopefully the parties will settle before an arbitration hearing, but you never know.

If anything like the US arbitration process, could take several months...sometimes more than 12. Note, I don't know for sure since it's CDN, but I'm familiar with US process.
