Fool him into taking a consulting fee? Once again, Judd didn't volunteer his services. Ref Page 38 of the 10K. None on the so called "Medical and Scientific Advisory Board" are volunteers. All are paid consulting fees.

Why shouldn't he sit on the BODs? Yuen can give Kenny pump material, with great benefit to himself. Sometime in 2020 Yuen will offer up a license for one of his stem cell growth processes. Pump material for Kenny per the diabetes scam angle. In return, Kenny pays Yuen's company $5M+ for the license. Just like AN got a few years ago off the now expired CIAB patent. A FREE cash infusion for Yuen's company. FREE cash is a good business deal for Yuen's company. So why wouldn't he want to stick around? There should be no mystery regarding Yuen.
