I dont know Pete...you keep throwing that "scam" word around...look at their BOD and their advisors ...a decent group...and Yuen is a former Nasdaq CEO of the year!...now why would Yuen be associated with a scam?
Agreed, if the dollars were reversed then I would have no problem with the process so far. But when more is spent on the CEO then R&D that is definitely a problem.
