This is your allegation, not a fact. In order for it to carry weight, a lawsuit would have to be filed claiming that the government caused the share price to go from $60 to $7. And then, the court in which it was filed would have to award shareholders based on the $60 mark, and such a ruling would have to be upheld on appeal and not overturned by the Supreme Court.

Nobody has filed such a lawsuit, and I don't think it's likely that anyone ever will. What reason do you have to believe that such a lawsuit will be filed in the future and that it would be ultimately successful?

They did not make anything until the NWS when they took everything that was left and shares went down to about .30.

Wrong. The share price went from $7 to $0.30 before the NWS happened at all. It is not the NWS that caused that share price drop.
