Sorry for the late response, I’m just getting caught up this morning.
NASDAQ? Well, I want to believe Cathy Chris has great aspirations for going through the trouble to go public after almost 30 years of being private. PCT,inc hasn’t had any problems building a successful business without shareholders so far. I don’t think their customers will care what exchange they trade on or none at all. PCT,inc IS PROVEN in the markets they serve and PCT,Inc has a who’s who customer list of Fortune 500 companies and all military branches.
So, why go public? Well, only Cathy knows the answer. We know what the capital markets can bring to the table so I won’t bore you with that list.
I’ll, say this. I don’t think she intends to keep her company in the OTC any longer than necessary. I also have hopes of stellar revenues and that will continue to drive up share price. At the moment there’s no way for me to calculate a valuation. It’s certainly not .0004. Heck, PAR value is .001! Let’s start there!
