btw, i just checked my queue and 4 titles that had been in my on order or not released status for some time had been moved into my queue. that is a good sign. also, as I mentioned yesterday, I sent two dvd's back on monday evening and they were marked returned on tuesday morning when I checked. tueday evening pirates of the car. dead man's chest was shipped (the day it was released to dvd). so, I am seeing some recent improvements in service. it had been good and then slacked off for a couple weeks and is now back to being well worth the 250 annual fee for the 6 out. plus, my son is keeping a game out, usually for a month at a time.
