This would be a major expense for an o&g at the current price. I would have to research the use of the technology in this application. Not considered best practice that I am aware of.

There is no connection I can find between these two technologies. Fuel cells are used on site where other power sources don’t exist. But how are you using them for scrubbing toxins? Are you referring to methane loss? Anti fracking usually aimed at fracking waste issues.
