Split T..KKR IS NOT ORIGINAL STOCKHOLDER AS PER ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION.

Original Stockholder is the one of WMI Holdings Corp common share holder on the Effective Date which was March 19,2012., as per Articles of Incorporation.

So the original shareholder on the Effective Date can be identified with Escrow Cusips, IMO.

When change of control or change in control happens the Original Stockholders get compensated,JMO.Those classes who released in lieu of WMIH and received those shares on Effective Date.
