Thanks, I agree with your post. Although the SEC has always been a good reason to release financials, the company along with many others were able fly under the radar of SEC scrutiny when enforcement was lax. That all changed last year. It does help that Arrayit's attorney has a background with the SEC.
That would be nice, but highly unlikely. Time will tell the type of man Mark is. Nothing but time for this play, seems Mark intends to use every minute he has.
