Now don't go there. This company hasn't taken any investors money. I was being nice trying to help. Ain't no company at fault...only the investor for not timing their buy right. I've been in so many stocks that stink but you can still make money. I blame my losses on me, not the company because if you know what you're doing you can get involved with a pump and dump and make the money back.

If they don’t file by the necessary date per the form 15, the sec will likely come down on them. Expect fins before that date arrives.
