This does not make sense. How is it possible to file a fake document with the Nevada Secretary of State? Think about that. Does it make sense? Also, the PR came out on PRdistribution.com. How about any reputable news sites? Any? This "PR" does not seem legitimate, but I could be wrong.
On January 3, 2020 a third party, not known to Blue Line Protection Group, filed a document with the Nevada Secretary of State stating that the Company had merged with an entity by the name of Oil & Gas Investment Holdings, LLC. The Company has not merged with any entity and has never heard of Oil & Gas Investment Holdings, LLC.
