The PPS says that he does need to. Steve's continual refusal to provide evidence says that he cannot.

He doesn't need to & he won't for confidentiality reasons.

Developers don't control the app store metrics that Apple and Google display. Anyone can freely go look at the install counts and reviews on the app stores and see for themselves they haven't changed in years. Steve wasn't even smart enough to hire a review mill to pad the reviews to make it look like there's new users onboarding.

The app analytics are shut off for now to push re-sellers with individual insurance companies.

ONCI owns no patents. Cogosense does, which is a privately held Canadian company.

Doesn't take a rocket sturgeon to figure out dat our patents are worth more reselling & labeling privately.
