Thanks MONICALAW. What about obtaining WM's vast amount of real estate? How was that reconciled? And does any of what was paid for WM's real estate come to escrows?

What official FDIC documents back up this opinion? I hope this is the case and it seems like it should be the true but Ive never seen anything in the record that supports this theory.

If that was even true then why does the fdic have a debt of 15 billion WMI still owes them.
