My Class 21 “Tracking Markers” were removed from my active screen a number of years ago, after a total of four class 12’, distributions (3 were in Cash’ and 1 was in new company Common Shares) ... In my opinion ? it was to keep the facade alive that there would never be any distributions beyond the WMI Creditors (Tranche 4 Class 16) ...

So, currently as We’ approach January 10th, ... I’m quite interested to see just how the financially insignificant WMI-LT is going to handle these class 18 distributions ... both to the WMB Noteholders, as well as to the dimeq’s class 21 holders ...
