Frankly speaking, I don't think the CEO is lie. From Jan 2019 to Oct 15 2019 there were many small notes issue to Accredited Investors. Possible some of them now starting to do the converting and he have no control over that. Right now we only have 275 million share available and part of that already insurance for the forbidden. I think the converting is closer to the end, possible at any day.
