Ah, thanks - I neglected to look on the pre 14-C for the OS at roughly the time of the filing. So the OS is bigger than I'd guessed, but that means they've converted a lot more notes, so their books are cleaner with less debt. The market absorbed the new shares pretty well all things considered over the past few weeks. With all the notes they're paying off in cash along with conversions, we might see a very significant reduction in debt in the first quarter. A good PR related to debt reduction will go a long way...
