They wrote about IFL because they see IFL embarking on something huge by being the first team format, publicly traded MMA company. Although the possiblility is there. Looking through the IFL business plan they state that they will be getting more carriers in the U.S as well as internationally to maximize exposure. Also the sec filing showed that their would be something like 70 million shares outstanding after the split. You still have 1.6 mill.
