Its almost comical how many people say an RS "makes zero sense", yet we see it over and over in pinky land. It makes no sense to you because you do not know anything about the company or its agenda.
With all due respect, no one is saying an R/S "makes no sense" when it happens with other OTC companies that need to dilute but dont have enough gap between O/S and A/S. We all know that makes sense, even if we hate it and get burned by the toxic financing that is sure to come. But the R/S doesnt make sense here. Just here. And that's because they didnt need to do it to dilute massively if they wanted to. There really is a complete difference between the typical R/S we see daily and this one. Just my opinion, but I'm sticking with it until I'm proven right or wrong
What’s comical is not understanding that the AS had billions of shares in room to dilute but yet an RS happened with dilution not taking place for a very long time. And with that being said the current market cap is $200k+... so what company needing financing reverse merges into a ticker with a 200k market cap to dilute it lmao. That’s what is comical. RS are the death of many OTC companies because they have tons of debt and continue making out the OS over and over to fund their terrible companies. But then again we are all here for some reason or another so I understand the prejudice negativity.
