What are "shorters" going to "ruin" in the next 30 days?

Are they going to ruin the non-trading UCIX shell nominally worth 1,000,000,000$? It's not trading. No one can short it.

Are they going to ruin the 0.0006$ UATG shell? It's already ruined. And it requires 2.50$ worth of collateral to short one OTC pink share worth 0.0006$. It barely happens.

So what, with precision, are you even talking about?
