It sounds like Sanders and Warren's plan is to steal money from fannie shareholders and give it to poor people for housing.
This is echoing Obama's plan to steal money from fannie shareholders and give it to the poor for health insurance.

My plan is we take $10 from every welfare check and pay it to fannie shareholders to repay all the money already stolen from fannie shareholders until its all paid back.
