I agree it's crazy, but F+F by US Gov got also into crazy conditions !

And just mention, there are differences of BKs.
Filed BK for Liquidation or the mentioned Filed BK for Chapter 11 Protection for No Liquidation, but providing the opportunity to eliminate Old-Debts such as Prefs Buys, Etc. from after Sept. 5, 2008 and by this getting healthy for a Fresh Start with much better Investors Attraction to Issue New Prefs.

Companies under Chapter 11 Protection continuously functioning Normal and therefore any crash would not been possible and Jobs would also been preserved !
