Tax selling almost always occurs by the 28th or 29th. Used to take 3 days to reconcile a transaction and date used be dec 27th depending on week ending. Now it’s 2 days. No institutions do after that date, minnows can actually do it anytime, they rarely get audited and don’t have tidy accountants to worry about.
