The only crap right in this message is the Bk being closed.....Two week appeal process for the Love of God...this is just bogus crap created by Angry Goddess......

The DTC is not governed by the LT....Once the documents were signed the Trust have the ability to distribute and do not have to wait for command the LTI to finalize.........

Two to four annual distributions for ten years.....This is not even documented no where in the releases or anywhere....Another Bogus remark where you cut and paste.....from another BK.....

The form of solvency occurred when WMIH was bought Poop.....

Anything you post of the examiner is more Poop, it was just his opinion and no fact to any information...This is why he went before the Judge to prevent anyone for suing his A$$ for the Junk he wrote.....The only thing we reference from the Hoochberg report is the title...

There is no 2 week appeal period, the case ended when JMW signed the Final Order. What are you even talking about?

Asking LG,

" 4) Distributions starting from (DSTs) Delaware Statutory Trusts routed
through DTC/Clearstream then to your Broker "

Are these DSTs the same as WAMU and Long Beach MBS and ABS that have WAMU
Bank as servicer and DB and US Bank as Trustees, Wilmington Trust as
Delaware Trustee ?

" 5) There will probably be two to four annual distributions to Marker
Holders set up for a ten year period of time "

Prospectus of MBS and ABS says that Trusts distribute monthly payment on
25th of every month. Did anything change ?
How do we know that we are beneficiaries of these Trust's MBS and ABS
certificates ?
