"If they pull off what's in their previous released PR below of getting to the NASDAQ and giving us dividends from here without doing another reverse split, then we will be fine:"

Anyone now 'believing' what SIML 'previously released' would have to have their view of reality blocked by the lining of their colon.

TOTAL PINKY SCAM!

Do you seriously believe there is still a chance of a best case scenario here??? I was put through 2 of those past reverse splits and lost everything in my portfolio, as you and others are about to lose here as well. It's the same wash, rinse and repeat system as it's always been. And to add, a full fledged scam filled with nothing but delays and empty promises..........no matter who is at the helm. They are all crooks. I finally learned the really hard way here, and kept denying how bad things really were on the same token. But at least I finally learned. A small percentage, though, will never learn. Good luck with any best case scenario here after everyone's remaining portfolio gets completely wiped out. Unbelievable. Lol.

Lol, how your keyboard even allowed such pile of crap!

Should have put a firm dot after the worst case scenario. Won't get better than that. After all what happened (or never happened) still talking about NASDAQ is just, well at minimum extremely hilarious and not to be taken serious in any possible way!

Best case scenario is they announce the receipt of deposits and cancel the RS. But realistically the possibility of that happening is slim to none. There's always the chance that since they've went a little overboard with RS's, this being the 4th in as many years, there exists the possibility of it being disallowed by the SEC or FINRA for the time being. It's a slim chance but a chance just the same.

On a brighter note (depending on your viewpoint), I had a little face to face conversation yesterday with the owner of BrewBilt, Jeff Lewis. He said he no longer has any involvement with Lave Systems, that brewbilt isn't building extractors, but that he knows for a fact that Lave is tooled up and currently manufacturing extractors for SIML. He just wouldn't tell me where it was located so I could go see for myself. If what he told me is true, then delivery of and deposits received for extractors shouldn't be long.

He insisted on taking my name and number. He said he would be meeting with someone with Simlatus later in the day and would have them call me with info he wasn't comfortable giving out. He seemed like a straight up and forthright guy so It was worth a shot.
