What's false is a SurgePays network. There are less than 750 stores installed with SurgePays. That is no network to speak of as substantial, and falls far short of bringing revenue anything close to 2019 year projections revised to 2021 projections (skipping 2020), in particular with ECS doing all the increased revenue. Laughable.

What's sad is how Brian Cox played Terry Brimhall.

we are honored to launch our first 15 BRIM’S products in the Bagged Snacks Category on the SurgePays network

Yet, can't find even one Brimhall Foods products to buy through a SurgePays installed AATAC c-store because there are very few to no actual installations by Surge, and therefore there is effectively no SurgePays network.
