With the ability to only create 10k applications per year and if and when they get through the long and multiple inspections and approvals, both at home and abroad, they can reach 20k.
That's less than 1/3 of the US H&N occurrences per year.
So any talk of worldwide distribution or becoming the next big Pharma company would only be a option for a young and vibrant management team with tons of time to retire.
I hope they are working with experienced and hard core negotiators, in preparation for what will be buyout negotiations, not for the meek, where each and every suitor will be trying to steal their company.
But with Orphan Drug designation from the FDA and the multiple patents worldwide, the CVM team should be able to pull out a 12- 15b price tag.
Anything less would be 30 years of development was just pissed away.
