Yes. But so long as people who play these OTC tickers, being frauds doesn't mean anything so long as they think they can make a few bucks playing on the naivete of others who continue to run a stock higher and don't know enough to take profits before it plummets back to earth.
Of course, the ability to run the stock out of the trips may be over. It's only done it once before and it'll be harder than ever what with the knowledge of what Frankie's about is so clear now.
