Oh, well... it was the best offer that was received for the assets, so it was definitely in the best interests of everyone to take it whether any of them got paid or not.
That's the way that bankruptcy works, but, hey, get the lawsuit machine started against PWC and the judges since BioAmber is now dead and nobody's rich. Surely everyone was misled by those statements.
