Speculation on FTC/Rambus today. The complaint counsel (Sean Royal) is leaving the FTC before a decision from ALJ (judge for the FTC) is to be announced. Some are speculating that the CC screwed up so bad that he's taking a quick hike. IMO I'm not so sure but you never know. FWIW for the buss followers.
Yes, you got it right, the only question is what is the bu$$ worth if everything goes their way. I have suggested in January that the $20/$30 range is possible, I stick with that suggestion. Got IBM here at $91.15. Also in SNDK at $68.30. and ZRAN at $20.15. BSTE joined at $28.28.
