HM, would you or someone provide some background understanding about the UW’s? Circumstantial evidence/narratives cite they are ‘“in the know” and “have positioned” within Class 19. I got that part, but I am not too clear on 1) their role in all of this and 2) what they would have had inside visibility to. 3) Does the visibility pertain to it all or part of the purported we are all hoping to see?
