My take was the same as tanj's...she was asking how delaying the closure advances her theory of assets held outside the bankruptcy.

It doesn't make sense that there are assets that could be distributed to Equity after closure yet an attempt is being made to delay closure.

JMW was right on that point.

How is it possible for the judge to know this? This is only possible considering what was presented in court. What about assets not disclosed to the court, those remote bankruptcy assets, that we believe exist; she certainly would not have knowledge of those or does she. Very confusing indeed. I guess we’ll just have to wait until the incubation period is over to find out.

The judge is in the know position about something coming remember she said before (let's say a 10 billion coming back).and in her response to AG by saying in [[your believe ]and [you slowing down the process ]she gave good signals to Ag without Breaking seal that seal that she hold everyone to it [[do not slow thing down so they get paid ]]that's how I read it..
