Does that make the TOS violation acceptable just because no-one may see it? Isn't a violation a violation no matter when it was posted? How can you be certain no-one would read old posts? I firmly believe most of us here read old posts unless we are sitting in front of our computer or phone 24/7. Believe it or not, some people don't follow boards on a daily basis and still want to read the posts they have missed.
If a mod sees a post that is a violation to the TOS, shouldn't they remove it? If it is past the time that they could remove it, shouldn't they also request that an admin remove it?
