Ho hum. Data443 is most certainly not "in". This company should never have gone public in the first place. If Jason was so confident in his flagship product, he should have pushed it out on his own, instead of using shareholders to face the brunt of his failures. Data443 is a guppy, and little start up "tech" companies fail all the time by getting eaten up by the sharks. I haven't heard yet of the "golden" reason why this one won't fail as well. It sounds ignorant when I hear people say, "I'm not worried about the PPS." Why the hell did you invest then? This has been in the toilet for a year and a half now. N8 LOI is a no-go. An LOI lasting over a year is almost unheard of. Even if it goes through, it will not make this skyrocket. No one even knows what the annual rev of N8 is, and I can guarantee you that no one had even heard of the company N8 before this so-called investment came around, because N8 is a guppy as well. I give N8 props, though, for not going public like Jason did. Jason should have followed N8's path, remained private, then joined together with N8 and possibly do an IPO at that point. Seems more logical. Data443 is too tainted at this point in time for any company to even consider bringing Jason's offerings into their house. If they do, I question the knowledge of that IT Director and/or CIO.
