here is the thing. VTGDF has not been required to file anything since I believe march 2016. I as a shareloder of a lotto ticket here would like to think that it has the 650,000 shares of VDI and also received its divvy from VDI aka VTGGF per the filings and news of the divvy. But in the absence of any information on the status of VTGDF we are really left in the dark.
The best info we have are in the filings of VDI where they show an entity called Vantage drilling Company owning 650,000 shares which corresponds to the last info we had when VDI merged from Banruptcy and allocated the 650k shares to the predecssor company VTGDF.
