I dont explain it... thats the point... if your that big and that sophisticated why would you have a lawyer like Tina represent you with emails that have no factual basis to them...statements that have times in them only to have those times pass with nothing getting done...
Why dont you use one of those very skilled lawyers and put something out that a REAL company would put out... a notice that you are currently in the process of completing a possible merger and that when there is significant news to report we will report it. Until then we thank you for your patience...
Thats it...nothing more... why the use of bread crumbs when you dont need them, why the LINE people sending videos that mean nothing because there is nothing official about this actually coming into Trend Exploration other then there are new names on the Nevada Secretary of State...oh and by the way that means nothing as far as the public company side of this goes...until a merger is finalized and approved by FINRA, you can put new names on the Nevada site every week if you want, all that site requires is that there is a list of officers but there is no proof needed that they actually own the company ... If your a big company then act like one...they are acting like as someone earlier said, a Stinky Pinky with this line of communication.
