I have no limitations. Executives have periods when they can't buy due to insider knowledge, etc. (but I'm just a lowlife, lol)
Listen, I'm not anti SLR, but there must be hundreds of other stocks that will do much better long term. If you can get it low enough...say under 3, you have a chance to double but the cycle will take a year or two.
Other than the 2000 bubble ( when everything was out of whack)...what's the highest SLR has been? Look at a long term chart.
Also, stock performance wise, other sector competitors (SANM, FLEX, CLS, PLXS, JBL) stocks have more movement.
