B IMHO it’s lack of patent challenge settlement that’s hurting the stock .
Pre trial conference yesterday ... apparently Dr Reddy is not interested ( yet ) in settling or AMRN failed to offer good enough terms .
No settlement as far as I know .
Trial set for mid Jan
May take up to a month
Decision posted around March ( judge has to write it up etc )

Analysts give AMRN an 85 % chance of prevailing in court .
