Dont see the debt ridden shells name on that document. So how is it related ?
But yes the USTPO got it right Lcy chemical has offered their shares for sale to the public . Key word HAS . As a matter of fact KKR now owns all their shares .
One thing is definitely clear LCYBIOSIENCE has never ever offered any shares for sale to the public .
So not sure where this fantasy is going and how it relates to the Belgium fantasy with the French sales order . These complex exceptional liquidations are sure confusing when they spin in so many directions.
