Depend on the deal but it won't be a great deal, maybe a good deal but not that good since Symtomax is a startup and not much cash on hand. JMO and hope I am wrong

Probably similar to where it's at. trade some stocks with agreement on future revenue and done deal. Highly dought some big cash buyout from a startup
