We had the opportunity to close 6 months ago. Does the judge have to wait until the 19th. No she does not. There are no objections. Remember there will not be a notice of what will be distributed. Once the bk is closed look to your accounts. Do not expect FV for p’s and min 8 for u’s anything above will be icing. No one knows and they can read whatever documents they want. There is no guarantee billions is left.
