hotmeat.....if JPMC, and the FDIC is not going to remit any money back to Wmih, it does not take 11 plus years to say so...if this were true, the BK should have been closed much sooner with no assets returning...what the was the reason for the "chinese water torture" for all these years?...In fact, I would say that Wmi is quite comfortable with things as they stand now.. no lawsuits were filed by Wmi in all these years, so the FDIC must have made a deal to pay for these assets they took illegally.. why else would Wmi remain silent all these years, when they knew all along they were going to be paid for these assets upon closure of the bk...
