If any patent is refused, the law requires a refusal letter to be issued to explain specifically why it was denied! Now when they do that they issue a denial letter and it is very specific on why. It has been required by law for decades. That is where the patent lawyers then get involved! It is public knowledge for anyone to call up to see what specifically are the problems. To the life of me being up all night trying to find this denial letter from the patent office I still cannot find any denial letter. NO were to be found!!! Well that means one of 2 things. The first there is NO denial letter or second this is just another BS false and misleading statement with NO proof of it's initial claim~ This patent was denied then there must have a denial letter and a link to it. I await the link so I can post the actual denial letter for everyone to see! Anyone have the link? I cant find it anywhere!!!!! Thank you
