I don’t know that many people argue Vascepa can get to sale level anywhere close to top selling statin of the past.
In my view it doesn't have to get into that ballpark. When Lipitor hit the market it zoomed into the $10 Bil range in no time and that was when there were proven products on the market already (lovastatin and soon simvastatin). 20 years ago Pfizer paid $90 Bil for Warner Lambert even though it had full rights to the drug.
If Amrn hit 20% of this market it would be a winner.
