Hopefully Wayside responds to the filing tomorrow. I am currently totally against a buyout at this point.

WSTG...Reports in a week. Q4 FY2019 should have nice results with Q1 FY2020 being even stronger. So IMO this one is well worth holding onto for the next 3 months, especially with the $16.38 buyout offer on the table.
I added more in the $15.20's today.
Hweb, do you still like WSTG as a hold at this point?
