The LAST ISSUANCE to Continuation was Sept 5, over 3 months ago...they don't hold stock for more than a few days!!! You can see all the volume increases every single time they got stock and IMMEDIATELY BLEW IT OUT!!!!
THE MARKET HAS TRADED OVER 400 MILLION SINCE THEN.....
Now they are selling because they think a Pink Sheet will never turn down money, so they have been shorting to put money in their pockets and say, you might as well take more money from us, because their goal is to hold the price down so low, no one would take Restricted Stock in a Private Placement.
They are sellilng millions every single day at the bid to do this!!!
THE GOAL OF CONTINUATION (THE SHORTER) IS NOT TO MAKE MONEY SHORTING AT THE HIGHS, BUT TO DRIVE THE PRICE LOW ENOUGH SO NO ONE WILL DO A PRIVATE PLACEMENT BECAUSE THE PRICE DOES NOT MOVE UP ON HUGE BUYING!
Only problem is you cannot keep a REAL Company valued at next to nothing!
I am going to let Mr. Mazurek know that I as well as several of my colleagues are willing to do Private Placements if he needs any cash next year for future expansion. We are more than happy to take RESTRICTED STOCK, PROVIDED THE REG A IS CLOSED!

As you can see, there is one poster here working non stop everyday to create just enough fear and doubt that many would be shareholders are not buying or adding to their positions....this will all end very poorly for the obvious shorter!!!!
