The judges and PWC have a sense-of-humor. They read tweets for entertainment.

Explain to us why the production patents, the land registry and plant title are all still in BioAmber’s name? That’s despite the fact that the APA closed October 22nd, 2018 and chapter 15 bankruptcy closed (with all equity intact) 3 weeks ago.

So what happens to the fantasy when the land registry does change?
Now that the bankruptcy has been discharged in Delaware, it's only a matter of time for someone to update the paperwork.
I doubt anyone cares at LCYB about who's name is on their land registry, so it may take some time to happen, or it will happen quickly, we'll see.

Right after it is explained why the APA that sold the patents and the plant, along with the judges approval and vesting order for both, are completely ignored by the Twitter "DD" crew... both are clear and direct that all were sold, yet some seem to think those court documents were some sort of ruse to hide the truth. Why on earth would a judge and monitor/trustee publish things like that if they weren't the truth?

Because they haven't paid for all of that yet! Hopefully it will all be ironed out before the end of the year.

But how much for the French business? More, that's how much.

More than $4.3M has been paid out, right, with PWC taking a big chunk of that. Creditors are satisfied with...what exactly? The payout they're going to get from the 2nd transaction, maybe shares in LCYGF, reorganized loans guaranteed by LCY/KKR? Yup, any and all.

Sorhay86, The only PWC document that matters now is the last one. This thing is over, there is nothing in older Motions to change the last one.

LOL!!!

Seriously? You seriously "believe" that statement about the APA being the "entire agreement" for the purchase of the liquidation that included a general clause about NDA's/CA's, though none were stipulated anywhere else, covers keeping the $540M a secret and only disclosing $4.34M to everybody, including the secured creditors?????????? LOL!!!!!!!!

That's absurd. That whole paragraph was entitled "Entire Agreement" and had a completely different purpose than hiding 99% of the payment.

Like it or not, the words "party of interest" in the motion to the court for approval of the liquidation didn't include shareholders, no matter how "interested" they might have been.
