Someone might have it or if you go back it should be in one of he posts. I seem to recall that he was upset with postings or something of that nature and invited those who were questioning his authority to "come on down" so he could deal with them.
There never were any threats to shareholders or anything else that Zandant says happened. He's totally full of it>This is the actual post he's referring to:

I finally got a reply from keith via email:
"The management here is solid and have learned to stick to our plans because they work. I move when it is appropriate not when shareholders want me to for whatever reason.
Our entire management team is sick of being called liars. Who ever wants to call any of us liars are invited to do so to our face instead of behind a fake little name.
We are busting our asses to build a company that will mean something in the business of media.
Thant means everyone one is not going to be happy but I 'm not running a popularity contest. We work to build value for our shareholders and that is what we are doing. The shareholders are what they are shareholders. If they believe in the company its management and its plan then stick with us and we believe the company will be more successful than you could hope for if not then sell your shares and move on to another stock you can believe in. We want positive shareholders and not whiners.
