What people should realize is that share structure will change once they add something into this shell (which is not a shell). Companies don’t merge into another free of charge. It involves funding which costs money which equate to handing out more shares. While low float stocks are a favorite of manipulators they don’t stay low float forever. Some will get burnt thinking just that.
